VHS AND CHILL returns with one last film of this year’s tour of 1996: Santa with Muscles. This film, which stars Hulk Hogan (for some reason), apparently “makes Arnold Schwarzenegger seem like Laurence Olivier.” There’s not much to describe here. It’s Santa, with muscles.
