Justin Jayne (he/him) is a working writer, director and assistant director in the Oklahoma film scene. He has been lucky enough to work on projects helmed by Oklahoma film legends like Mickey Reece and Sterlin Harjo as well as cult films, no-budget indie projects, and every other kind of filmic project one can imagine. When he graduated in 2022, he began part-time work at an independent cinema in-between freelance film and television gigs. His experience working for a standalone theater and the challenges the organization faced inspired him to spearhead what is now known as Oklahoma Film Exchange. He currently resides in the Arts District and is usually found at a movie theater or music venue trying (and failing) not to spend money.
